The rack position is where the kettlebell ends up when you clean the bell. The kettlebell should rest on the outside of the forearm, gently brushed up against the shoulder. The wrist should be in neutral position with the palm all the way through the handle of the bell. The hand should have a very relaxed grip on the handle. The shoulder should be down and the elbow close to the body. Get very comfortable with the rack position. A weak rack position will hinder you from being able to do other kettlebell lifts smoothly.
